The original bungalow, which had been poorly constructed and no longer met modern standards, was completely demolished to make way for a new chalet?style home. The replacement property has been designed with a traditional appearance at the front, allowing it to sit comfortably alongside neighbouring buildings and maintain the character of the street scene.
In contrast, the rear elevation embraces a more contemporary approach, featuring large expanses of glazing that flood the interior with natural light and create a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. A balcony adds an additional highlight, offering an elevated spot from which to enjoy uninterrupted views across the open fields.
