This site had Class Q approval for converting an agricultural building, but the clients wanted something truly bespoke. Our proposal gives a subtle nod to the original agricultural building while introducing a fresh, modern aesthetic. Reverse living, light filled spaces, and a first-floor balcony make the most of the incredible views towards Swimbridge. A modern home shaped by its landscape. Planning permission has been granted.
